Welcome to Luxe Provisions & Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.luxeprovisionsandco.com and any services provided by Luxe Provisions & Co. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Luxe Provisions & Co. provides catering and event experiences, including charcuterie bars, grazing tables, cannoli bars, and mimosa brunch services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
All services are customized and subject to availability, date confirmation, and event details.

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total cost) is required to secure your event date.
   
• Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We accept payment via invoice, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
   
• Event dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
   

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
   
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and product sourcing costs.
   
• If Luxe Provisions & Co. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, or emergencies), a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
   

We make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies when notified in advance. However, Luxe Provisions & Co. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Clients are responsible for communicating all allergy concerns before booking.

• Client must provide adequate access to the venue, setup space, and serving conditions (e.g., shade, power, table access if required).
   
• Our staff will arrive approximately 30–60 minutes before the event for setup unless otherwise discussed.
   
• Luxe Provisions & Co. is not responsible for food once it has been served or left unattended.
   

By booking with Luxe Provisions & Co., you consent to photos or videos taken during your event being used for promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Luxe Provisions & Co. is not liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or illnesses arising from event attendance or food consumption.
   
• Losses caused by delays, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
   

Clients agree to hold Luxe Provisions & Co. harmless against any claims, damages, or costs resulting from use of our services.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any content, photos, or text without written permission.
   
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt website functionality.
  All website content is owned by Luxe Provisions & Co. and protected under copyright law.
